This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “You”) and Techsolves S.R.L. (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of the digital products purchased or downloaded from our website techsolves.pro.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product(s) for your personal or business purposes.
2. Permitted Uses

All intellectual property rights in the digital products remain the exclusive property of Techsolves S.R.L. or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership but only grants you a limited license to use the products as specified.
5. Support and Updates
Support, updates, and upgrades may be provided at our discretion, subject to separate terms or agreements.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting all copies of the product. We may terminate this license immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the product.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techsolves S.R.L. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the product, including indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Iasi, Romania.
